Amaris N. Vargas

Amaris is currently working towards receiving a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University. She is also hoping to go to law school in the Fall of 2024. She has held multiple leadership positions in her organization at George Mason University and is currently the Vice President of Philanthropy, where she is in charge of organizing events in support of Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. 

She has lived in the Nothern Virginia area her whole life, but her family is from Peru and Guatemala. Because her parents mainly spoke to her in Spanish when she was younger, she was able to learn Spanish fluently. 

In her free time, Amaris loves spending time with her family and friends, shopping, going to the gym, and shopping. She has also traveled to Peru and to different states in the U.S. and has loved them, she hopes to be able to travel more in the future.
